Introduction
The Management of Hound Line, within the strategy defined for business development, considers the proper management of its Business Intelligence consulting services and service automation a fundamental aspect to ensure the achievement of the defined objectives. This management must be carried out considering all related elements that go beyond the pure service management and include quality, environmental protection, and information security.
Purpose
This policy aims to establish the commitment of Hound Line Management to ensure the proper management of the services provided by the organization, in order to offer all interested parties the highest guarantees regarding the quality of these services, preserving information security and with an efficient consumption of the natural resources necessary for the performance of the activity.
Scope
All members of Hound Line, as well as all third parties identified within the scope of the Services.

The organization's regulations will be available to all interested parties, especially for members of the organization who need to know them, particularly for those who provide service and develop projects for our clients.
Review
This Quality Policy will be reviewed annually by the quality and security director, and approved by the General Management of Hound Line. However, if relevant changes occur for the Organization, whether operational, legal, regulatory, or contractual, it will be reviewed whenever deemed necessary, thus ensuring that the Policy remains adapted at all times.
Integrated Management System Policy
The Management of Hound Line is the highest authority in terms of Quality and Information Security; and assumes the role of promoter in this strategy, motivating and promoting the participation of all company personnel in related activities, in preventive detection and in taking actions for its continuous improvement.
Aware of the importance of customer satisfaction and the need to provide quality services while maintaining information security and integrity, the Management has decided to implement an Integrated Management System, based on the guidelines of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 standards.
To this end, it has been decided to promote this policy with the aim of:

Failure to comply with this Policy will result in the application of sanctions, according to the magnitude and characteristics of the non-compliance, in accordance with current labor legislation and specific agreements between Hound Line and its staff.
Approval and Entry into Force
Text approved on February 12, 2025, by the management of Hound Line. This Information Quality Policy is effective from that date until it is replaced by a new Policy.
